Skip this one!!1) The buckle goes over the phone number making it unreadable on both collars.2) The webbing is extremely coarse and irritated both dogs' skin within an hour of wearing time.3) The personalization is poorly done with the name running into the phone number on one of them rendering it difficult to read the name and phone number.Upped the stars because seller made good on it. At this time dogs skin is still recovering.Over all it is a good collar the embroidery was nice . The neck size was a little big. The width was a little narrower than I expected.Personalized dog collar I got it for my boxer just Incase he get out of the yard so someone can call me if there find him and I can just got and get him it a very nice personalized dog collars you can put there name and your phone number in it I would highly recommend for any pet ownerI mean for 12$ I guess it is fine. I should of just spent the money on one that has a better quality reflective band. It also looks like it was put together very loosely.Nice product. Sturdy & well made. Unfortunately it was too lage for my dog. The information is hidden when I adjusted it to neck size. It doesn't really work. The point is to see the information in case the dogs runs away.I bought 2 collars for my two dogs and while they look nice and are easily readable, the buckles are the cheapest plastic around. I have two larger dogs, so I bought the proper sizes and the first one broke within 20 minutes of putting it on my dog. The buckle broke on one end that attached to the fabric. Within 20 minutes. I had a leash attached, my dog pulled and snap. I was issued a refund for that one which was appreciated but still bummed because I have a collar with all the dogs info but unwearable. Now, my smaller of the 2 large dogs just broke his buckle in the same spot! It’s been less than 3 months. When I bought this collar it replaced a generic collar from Walmart that had a plastic buckle...that he’d worn for years! It never broke. Unfortunately my time to return has expired, so there will be no refund for that one.So, while these look nice and the price is nice, there needs to be a serious upgrade on the buckle. Or only sell for smaller dogs where strength isn’t an issue. But these definitely aren’t a good idea for a large dog that would tug on a leash (seriously, it’s a small tug, the dogs aren’t yanking on leashes when they break)Ordered this with white lettering on blue collar for our 80# husky. The lettering shows through all his fur & it’s stayed clean for several months now. My only issue is that we regularly have to retighten the collar. Easy to do, but it just doesn’t seem to hold.I love the collar. The embroidery is done very well and all the letters and numbers came out clear. I have a full sized wiener dog who is very long and wide so i picked the medium size and it fit great. it was not tight or anything. it has lots of room to adjust. yes it does adjust and some of the numbers become covered a little but you can still make them all out. i love this collar its very sturdy and well made. i have shared this collar on my Facebook for my friends and family and then my neighborhood pet page....this collar is way better then the metal dog tag which ours end up rusted or just breaks off. i highly recommend this product.La verdad me encanto.
