Works great. This is the best pinch collar manfactuer. There is a central prong that allows the prongs to face the opposite way as they go up and around the neck.The scisssor clasp makes it easy off and on.The prongs are blunted and no sharp edges. The dog actually wants the collar to be put on (because it means a walk) and doesn't shy away from it like he would his easy leader. He doesn't mind wearing it, but walks so much nicer and is 100 times easier to handle.I have a 40lbs dog and the collar fit well (I took out two links).
