This is perfect for my shepherd rottweiler mix (85lbs). The collar is comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time while also having the martingale feature (which works wonderfully - doesn't snag or pinch) for control where needed. Unlike chain pull collars or even other martingales, this doesn't choke my dog because of the wide width of the collar. She's well behaved so I don't usually need the pull of a martingale but does not like when other dogs approach her, so I like to be safe. Great buy. First collar she has actually liked wearing.
