Observe your dogs reaction and check if the collar is fitted properly. Too tight or too long around the neck may casuse irriation or damage of dog skin.The pairing of Channels. The default channel for 1 dog is CH1. You don't need to pair the channel before using. Please switch to the paired channel to control the receiver to train your dog.The electric shock function should be the last choice to train your dog. Always start training your dog with vibration＆beep function. The default level of vibration and shock mode is 99. When first use, please patiently adjust the level from low to high until your dog responds reliably to the stimulation.Skin contact is crucial for shock function to work. If neccessary, trim some part of the hair of thick or long haired dogs in the contact area to ensure the silicone conductive probes touch the skin. Be deligent in checking the contact area of skin every day and cleaning the contact unit of the collar.There is no adapter included in the package. It's convenient for you to charge with the 2-in-1 charging cable to connect to usb outlets of power bank, computer, laptop,power strip, power adapter within 5V. (Part A) When I press the buttons of remote, my pet does not react? 1.Ensure the collar receiver is on. If remote/ collar in low battery, please recharge it. 2.Press the CH button to switch to the paired channel. 3.Ensure the shock/vibration levels more than 0, and grudually increase the level to test. (Part B) When I press the buttons of remote, my pet does not react? 1.Make sure the distance within the remote range. 2.Stay away from strong transmission of radio equipments,thick vegetation or magnetic enviroments. 3.Trim some hair for thick or long haired dogs. Ensure the static electrodes close to the dogs skin. How can I smoothly start training my dogs with the tone/vibration? 1. Spend 10-15 minutes per day for 2-3 days helping your dogs to understand the tone/vibration. 2. Associate the tone/vibration with reward or used as warning if badly behaved. 3. Reward or Warning your dog with verbal commands to help understand. How to properly use the shock function? 1.The static probes should contact the dog's skin. Check the contact area every 1-2 hours. 2. Increase the level gradually, observe the dog's reaction, and interact with your dog. 3.Patiently repeat the steps to find the suitable level. Can I turn off shock completely to not accidentally press it? 1.The keypad lock is a remote control switch button to avoid accidental pressing when the remote control is in the pocket. 2. If you set the shock level as 0, even if you press the shock button by mistake, the shock will not be triggered.
